ENGR. AKINNOLA FOLA

Group Managing Director / CEO, Femadec Group Ltd.

Engr. Akinnola Fola is a distinguished engineer, visionary entrepreneur, and transformational business leader with over 30 years of multifaceted experience spanning engineering, project management, energy infrastructure, logistics, and international trade. As the founder and CEO of Femadec Group, he has built a dynamic conglomerate dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and national development.
A graduate of Civil Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (Class of 1990), Engr. Fola began his professional journey with the Nigerian Agip Oil Company in Port Harcourt during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year. He went on to sharpen his technical and managerial skills at Chiyoda Nigeria Ltd., where he worked as a Site Engineer and Planning Engineer on the Eleme Petrochemicals EPC project between 1991 and 1993. His career later extended into commodity and petroleum products trading, adding financial and commercial depth to his technical foundation.


In 1995, Engr. Fola joined Daewoo Engineering & Construction, where he quickly rose through the ranks, serving in key positions including Project Marketing Manager, Executive Director, and ultimately Acting Managing Director. After a successful tenure, he voluntarily exited in 2008 to establish Femadec Group, a multi-sector enterprise that now operates across energy, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, and global trading.
Under his visionary leadership, Femadec has achieved several industry milestones:

  • Power Development: Spearheaded the conception of a 550MW Power Plant in Ondo State through a strategic partnership with South Korean investors.
  • Clean Energy Advocacy: Pioneered the supply of CNG-powered buses to the NNPC under Nigeria’s National Gas Expansion Programme (NGEP), advancing the adoption of sustainable transport technologies.
  • Metering Innovation: Led the manufacturing and distribution of smart electric meters for Nigerian Distribution Companies under the National Mass Metering Programme (NMMP).
  • Capacity Building: Championed a skills development partnership with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), training 100 technical students in smart meter assembly and installation.
  • CNG Leadership: A leading voice in CNG infrastructure, Engr. Fola has been instrumental in the collaboration with the Presidential CNG Initiative (PCNGi), actively promoting natural gas as a cleaner, cost-effective fuel alternative.

GBENGA FASAN

Group General Manager -Gas Operation

Olugbenga Najeem Fasan is a seasoned and results-oriented Oil and Gas Executive with over 20 years of extensive experience spanning upstream operations, technical management, commercial strategy, and business development in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors. He has led the planning and execution of multi-million-dollar projects, including CNG infrastructure development and independent power projects, with proven expertise in asset evaluation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance. Olugbenga is highly proficient in negotiating and managing Gas Sales and Purchase Agreements (GSPA), Gas Transportation Agreements (GTA), and Joint Venture operations. He possesses strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of aligning technical and commercial functions to achieve organizational goals.
He holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan, a certificate in Oil and Gas Engineering and Management (Upstream) from the International Petroleum Centre in Abu Dhabi, and completed executive education in Business Administration at Lagos Business School. Olugbenga is a member of several professional bodies, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), and the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES). His professional approach is underpinned by sound analytical skills, operational discipline, and a commitment to delivering strategic solutions that drive growth and sustainable energy development.

ORJI EMEKA SIDNEY

Group General Manager – Human Resources

Orji Emeka Sidney is a seasoned and versatile professional with robust expertise in human resources, business operations, and project management. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and has enriched his professional journey through specialized training in corporate governance, employment law, and metering systems. With a career that spans banking, HR consulting, and the energy sector, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to leadership, strategic execution, and organizational development.
Since his appointment as Director at Femadec Group in April 2021, Orji has been instrumental in leading business expansion strategies, policy formulation, and operational efficiency improvements across the Group’s subsidiaries. He plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, project execution, and stakeholder engagement. His strength in strategic planning, negotiation, and cross-functional team leadership continues to propel Femadec’s vision of innovation and sustainable growth, particularly within the fast-evolving energy landscape.

Aniruddh

Aniruddh Kelaiya

Group General Manager – Operations & Business Development

Aniruddh Kelaiya is a dynamic and results-driven Mechanical Engineer with over 21 years of global experience in EPC turnkey project management, business operations, and heavy manufacturing within the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewable Energy, and Water/Infrastructure sectors. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001, he has a proven track record of delivering high-value projects across India, the Middle East, and West Africa.

Currently serving as Group General Manager – Operations & Business Development at FEMADEC Group (Nigeria), he leads EPC and Greenfield projects across multiple energy sectors, interfacing with government bodies, NOCs, and international contractors. His strategic vision has successfully guided multimillion-dollar initiatives in upstream/downstream oil & gas development, CNG infrastructure, hydroelectric power, and industrial water treatment.

Aniruddh has a strong command over P&L management (handling up to $35M/year), contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, coupled with technical mastery in lean manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, FMEA, and advanced NDT inspection methods. His career includes leadership roles at top firms such as Bhatia Brothers (UAE), Jaihind Projects (India), Doshion-Veolia, ALSTOM/GE Power, and Larsen & Toubro, where he consistently achieved operational excellence and business growth.

MARY AFOLAYAN

Group General Manager -Technical

Mary Afolayan is a seasoned engineering and business professional with extensive experience in technical leadership, project management, and business operations. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Wales, UK, and a Bachelor of engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
Her expertise spans electronics, communication systems, customer service, and power metering solutions, complemented by numerous certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)and Project Management Professional (PMP) Training.
Currently, Mary serves as the Group Director, Technical Service at Femadec Group, where she oversees technical operations across multiple subsidiaries. She plays a crucial role in developing and implementing technical strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supervising technical teams. As Project Manager for the Metering Service Contract, she leads
metering survey operations, installation teams, and vendor management to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, she manages Femadec’s Smart MeterAssembly Factory, overseeing production, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

WOLE OPADOTUN

Group General Manager – Corporate Services

Mr. Wole Opadotun is a seasoned business development and finance professional with a wealth of experience spanning banking, financial management, and strategic growth planning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, an MBA, and is a certified Associate Chartered Economist (ACE). His career is marked by a strong track record in project finance, import/export advisory, marketing strategy, and banking operations. At Femadec Group, he plays a critical role in steering the company’s expansion agenda and strengthening its financial architecture.
With a deep understanding of institutional finance and operational structuring, Mr. Opadotun has led several high-impact initiatives that have significantly enhanced Femadec’s financial resilience and market positioning. His ability to design scalable business models and secure strategic partnerships has helped to unlock new markets and investment opportunities for the Group’s diverse subsidiaries.
Mr. Opadotun’s leadership is defined by analytical precision, market foresight, and a results-driven approach. Whether structuring innovative financial solutions or navigating complex market landscapes, he remains a pivotal force behind Femadec Group’s sustainable growth and long-term success.

OMISORE ABIODUN MOSHOOD HND, BSc (FIPMA, MCILT)

Group General Manager- Operations

Omisore Abiodun Moshood is a seasoned transportation executive with over 18 years of hands-on experience in the transportation sector, specializing in high-capacity bus operations. His vast expertise spans across technical management, business development, revenue assurance, asset reviews, and the strategic development and implementation of services for a diverse portfolio. With a strong foundation in commercial, procurement, and project management, Omisore has successfully contributed to the growth and operational excellence of various transportation organizations across Nigeria.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management. Omisore is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (FIPMA) and a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MCILT). His extensive academic and professional qualifications are a testament to his commitment to continuous learning and growth within the transportation and logistics sectors.
Throughout his career, Omisore has made significant contributions to prominent establishments, including Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA), Lagos Bus Services Limited (LBSL), Lagbus, and 1st BRT (Adfak Nig Ltd.). His experience in both the public and private sectors has solidified his reputation as a leader in high-capacity bus operations. Omisore is also a highly sought-after consultant, providing training and advisory services to notable organizations, including EKO Mega City Transport Services, Lagos State Transport Cooperative Society, MCC Transport Services Port Harcourt, and several other reputable high-capacity bus companies in Nigeria.

Before being appointed as the Director of Femadec Express & Logistics Ltd., Omisore served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving operational excellence, ensuring revenue optimization, and enhancing fleet performance. His wealth of experience and passion for sustainable transport solutions are vital to the continued success and expansion of Femadec Express & Logistics Ltd.

RAJESH DEVANG PAMARATHI

Asset and Equipment Manager

Rajesh D.P. is a seasoned Transport and Fleet Operations professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance, logistics management, and supply chain operations. A qualified Diploma holder in Mechanical (Automobile) Engineering, Rajesh has successfully led transportation departments for top organizations across India and Nigeria, managing diverse fleets including CNG, LPG, AGO, and heavy-duty trucks across various transport networks.

Currently serving as Logistics and Asset Manager at FEMADEC Group (Nigeria), Rajesh oversees comprehensive fleet operations, workshop maintenance, asset management, and CNG vehicle conversions under major public transport schemes like LAMATA. He previously held key leadership roles at MOB Integrated Services and Riverside Transport Ltd (NIPCO 11PLC), demonstrating consistent excellence in optimizing fleet performance, enforcing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring strict compliance with HSSE protocols.

His core expertise spans CNG maintenance, heavy equipment & vehicle diagnostics, workshop supervision, supply chain coordination, and route/dispatch planning, complemented by his ability to manage large teams (up to 500 personnel) and complex logistics networks. Rajesh is also proficient in SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and diagnostic tools, with a robust background in ISO audit practices and preventive breakdown management.

ADEBOWALE ADEKOYA (B.SC)

Office Manager, Femadec Group

Mr. Adebowale Adekoya is a seasoned administrative professional whose expertise lies in office management, procurement, logistics coordination, and operational support. A graduate of Lagos State University, Ojo, he brings a strong background in organizational administration and resource optimization, playing a vital role in maintaining the daily efficiency of Femadec Group’s central operations.
Mr. Adekoya is responsible for managing procurement processes, overseeing supply chain logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of importation procedures that support the Group’s multi-sector activities. His attention to detail and structured approach enable him to manage materials and administrative functions across all subsidiaries with accuracy and timeliness.
A highly disciplined and result-oriented leader, Mr. Adekoya is instrumental in streamlining internal operations, improving workflow systems, and reinforcing administrative infrastructure. His commitment to excellence ensures the operational backbone of Femadec Group remains robust and responsive to the demands of a growing, innovation-driven organization.

OLUGBENGA OLUSOLA SIWOKU

Procurement Manager 

Olugbenga Olusola Siwoku is an experienced and versatile professional with over 10 years of progressive expertise in procurement, logistics, customer service, sales, and operations management. As Procurement Manager at Femadec Group Limited, he leverages his strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to streamline sourcing processes, enhance vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals. His background in quality assurance and workflow optimization enables him to deliver consistent results across projects, ensuring high operational standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
With a solid foundation in geophysics, Olugbenga holds a B.Sc. from Olabisi Onabanjo University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Geophysics at the University of Lagos. His career path includes key roles at Renmoney, where he successfully led customer service teams, implemented performance improvement plans, and championed data-driven decision-making. Known for his integrity, adaptability, and results-oriented approach, Olugbenga plays a vital role in advancing Femadec’s mission of excellence and efficiency across its diverse operations.

MR. ADEBAYO OLUWATOSIN ADAMA

Senior Project Coordinator 

Mr. Adebayo Oluwatosin Adama is an experienced mechanical engineer and project management professional currently serving as the Project Manager at Femadec Group Limited. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and over 20 years of progressive experience across engineering, construction, terminal operations, and sales, he has demonstrated excellence in project delivery, team leadership, and operational efficiency. His career spans reputable organizations such as Folawiyo Energy Limited, Adsat Global Resources, and Ebenada Construction, where he held key roles ranging from tank farm supervision to construction project oversight and customer engagement. Adebayo is committed to continuous growth and has undergone several professional trainings in leadership, crisis management, and terminal operations.
He is a member of both the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Coren Certified and also a member of Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers. His technical skill set includes computer proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CorelDraw. Highly disciplined and detail-oriented, Adebayo is known for his problem-solving abilities, safety consciousness, and result-driven mindset. Originally from Ondo State, he is married and enjoys playing chess in his leisure time. With a strong foundation in both technical expertise and strategic project execution, he continues to contribute significantly to the success and growth of Femadec Group Limited.

OLUWAFEMI OLALERE

Group IT Manager

Mr. Oluwafemi Olalere is a highly skilled IT professional and technology strategist, responsible for overseeing the digital infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT operations of Femadec Group Limited. With a strong focus on innovation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless performance of the Group’s websites, digital resources, communication networks, and data systems across all subsidiaries.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (2014) and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan (2021). Oluwafemi brings a rich blend of technical expertise and industry experience, having previously worked as a Data Analyst, Network Support Engineer, and IT Infrastructure Specialist at Polaris Bank Plc. His accomplishments include implementing robust intranet/internet infrastructure and managing Active Directory environments and Domain Controllers at the former Skye Bank.
A certified engineer under the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Mr. Olalere is passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, drive business intelligence, and secure digital assets. At Femadec Group, he continues to lead strategic IT initiatives that empower the organization to scale securely and stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
